End Of Life Planning
Regardless of where you live, or what stage of life you are in- it is never a bad idea to write down your wishes before death. Better to have your wishes stated somewhere than not at all.
The last party you plan should be for yourself and it should be just the way you want it - as your Grand Finale.

End of life planning, should of course, begin with an open and honest conversation with your loved ones (either biological or chosen family) about your wishes post life. This could include how you would like to have your body viewed etc. However, there are many aspects of the planning process that may require help to navigate. Taking action to ensure your end of life and death care wishes can be daunting, but we assure you it can be done and we're here to help. We all have the right to live and die confident in our identity and have our ultimate wishes respected.

You may want to only have the first session or all four- here is the breakdown-
Session 1- Ideas/Brainstorming/Mapping out your wishes and which paperwork is right for you at this time along with jumping off points to discuss with family.
Session 2- Organizing your information, filling out forms, knowing your rights and the legality of your plan
Session 3- Wrapping up any thoughts and/or information for the appropriate forms
Session 4- The forms from session 3 are all yours, however, if you would like anything notarized and filed, this is what this session is for.
